Membership in BOMA of Southern Colorado provides you with 'round-the-clock' access to information, advanced notice of legislative and advocacy issues, extensive research, timely publications through BOMA International, and access to a variety of educational and networking opportunities.

Who Can Join?

Commercial, corporate or government real estate owners, investors, developers, managers, leasing/marketing representatives and those persons who earn their primary living from associated disciplines may join BOMA. Also, companies or individuals that provide products or services with a direct interest in the commercial real estate industry may join BOMA.

Types of Membership

There are two central types of membership: Principal and Allied. Principal membership is for building owners and managers, and dues are calculated by the size of their largest building. Allied membership is for vendors, suppliers, and service providers, and is a flat fee per year. BOMA Membership is a calendar year membership; beginning in June, we offer pro-rated membership dues for the remainder of the year.
