The Office Building of the Year (TOBY)
The Southern Colorado BOMA is pleased to offer a call for entries to the membership, recognizing property management excellence through The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) program. We will again be partnering with Denver BOMA, and will participate in their awards celebration on November 6th. Winners recognized locally, can be considered for submission to the regional competition, and if advancing considered internationally.
Entering your building is simple and hassle-free. Entries fall into fourteen categories; based on building types and square footage. Local entries need only provide a Property Information Guide and an application with entry fees. The deadline for entering your building will be August 14, 2009.
Local judging criteria will emphasize Management Excellence with a “budget Neutral” directive. This means all buildings are valued for their total management operations and not only enhanced aesthetics. What’s exciting about winning is that you and your team are recognized for an overall quality, professional job. What an honor!
Local winners will be invited to advance to the regional level of competition, and those selected regionally competing internationally. International winners announced at the BOMA International meeting in June of 2010.
